16The chinos were baggy and fitted badly. The problem being in order to fit for leg length, ( 27”).the waist band had to be hitched well above waist level which was in comfortable. At this time I also purchased a pair of navy chinos with which I have the same complaint . Unfortunately I purchased these chinos immediately before going off on holiday.Consequently I was obliged to wear both pairs.
